We recently upgraded the EZWxBrief servers to a new and improved platform. This update went well but we were alerted that some EZWxBrief members were having issues trying to sign in. If you start the app or sign in via a Chrome browser, you may find that the Secure Sign In button does not automatically redirect you from the sign in page to the default landing page. Moreover, if you are in this state and were to select the Dashboard from the main menu, you may notice that it does not populate with your specific data. We are working to figure out what is causing this redirect problem, but in the meantime, here is a workaround if you are experiencing this issue.
When you run into this issue for Google Chrome, please do the following...
1) Start the progressive web app (or via a browser).
2) Press the F12 function button on the keyboard. Also you can use Ctrl-Shift-i on Windows or Cmd-Option-i on Mac. This will bring up the Developer Panel.
3) Locate the Application tab (blue arrow below) at the top...you may have to press the >> (more) option to find it.
4) On the left side panel, find and press the Storage option (green arrow).
5) Press the Clear site data button (red arrow).

This will clear all of the application data for EZWxBrief that is likey causing this sign in issue to occur. Once that is done, the Secure Sign In button will be active. Please let us know if you are still having issues by using the EZWxBrief Contact Us page.
